ARTIST STATEMENT

JaTaiRee Hudson Jr. (b.1997) is an oil painter living and working in New Orleans, LA. In his work he wants to connect with viewers by being an example of what the power of God can do when he is the head of our lives. As we navigate through this busy world finding a sense of purpose and having peace during our time here on Earth is something not everyone experiences. That being said, JaTaiRee wants viewers to find that comfort while also holding themselves accountable when viewing his work. His main focus in his work is to draw people in on the gospel and bring them closer to building their own personal relationship with God.
